Codella Family Practice is a total care practice, addressing patients' needs in the office, providing complex preventative healthcare, and addressing all medical conditions. Codella Family Practice cares for patients in the office, in the hospital, and in skilled nursing facilities for continuity of care.
Codella Family Practice works with an accomplished network of specialists. If the need arises for involvement of a specialist, our physicians will direct you to the right doctor. We also provides care during rehabilitation at skilled nursing facilities, cares for patients at nursing homes, and is involved in providing care to hospice patients.
Dr. Vincent Codella, DO
Dr. Vincent Codella is board certified in family practice by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practitioners. He received his medical training from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey, and completed his residency in family practice at Union Hospital, where he also served as a teaching-attending physician. He works closely with Union Hospital today. If there is a need for you to be admitted to the hospital, Dr. Codella, or an associate will see you daily through your hospital stay, making certain that all conditions are managed appropriately.
Angela Beauchamp, MSN, NP-C

Angela is an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and currently licensed to practice in the states of New Jersey. Angela obtained her Masters of Science, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Program from Rutgers University and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The College of New Jersey. She is NP-C Certified, and is an active member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Diana Foley, MS, RN, APN

Diana is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and currently licensed to practice in the states of New Jersey and Texas . Diana obtained her Masters of Science, Nursing from Georgetown University and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Catholic University of America. She is APN Certified, and is an active member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
Courtney Perry, RN, FNP​

Courtney is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and currently licensed to practice in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Courtney obtained her Masters of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner Program from Georgetown University and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pennsylvania State University. She is CPR/BLS Certified, and is an active member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
