We ask that you call in advance so that an appointment time may be reserved for you. However, we will accommodate situations that require same day care. We respect your time and make every effort to remain on schedule and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us immediately.
We recognize that emergency situations do arise and we will do everything in our power to respond to you as quickly as possible. If an emergency arises while the office is closed, our answering service will promptly forward your message to the doctor who is on call. If an emergency arises while the office is open, please call the office immediately. We reserve special times for patients with emergency needs and you will be seen as quickly as possible.
We encourage you to call with questions you may have concerning your treatment. If your call requires that the doctor speak with you, please leave a message and the doctor will return your call at the earliest opportunity.
Fees and Payments
We make every effort to keep the costs down while maintaining a high level of professional care. You can help by paying for your treatment at the time of your visit. There will be a $2.00 service charge for co payments not paid at the time of service.
Our office accepts Medicare and most managed care plans. Insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your care. Most plans include co-insurance, a deductible and other expenses, which must be paid by the patient.
Please bring your insurance plan information with you on your first visit. We will work with you to assure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.
Please remember that all prescriptions and authorizations for renewals should be requested during normal office hours. No prescriptions will be filled after normal business hours and/or on weekends. Please plan accordingly. Our practice can send prescriptions electronically to pharmacies that are connected. This means a safer, more efficient prescribing process for you and your family
